We’re Here to Serve You
Our Store Sanitation Practices
We have increased the frequency of our already stringent sanitation standards to create as safe a shopping experience as possible. We are sanitizing our frequently touched hard surfaces every two hours. As long as supplies are available, we offer sanitizing wipes at each store entrance and hand sanitizer stations in food service departments and at each checkstand.
Our Stocking Efforts
We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure the availability of high-demand items, such as hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, anti-bacterial hand soap and cleaning supplies. Manufacturers of these highly sought-after products have been moved to an allocation model of distribution, so supplies are limited. Our team members are working hard to keep our shelves stocked.
Supporting Our Team Member
As a family-owned business, we care deeply about supporting our team members. We want to give them the tools they need to take extra care of themselves. We have distributed personal hygiene best practices and shared links to the CDC and other authorities to provide information on how to prevent the spread of illness. In the event that a team member may not feel well or needs to care for an immediate family member, we are giving them the support they need to stay home.
Focused & Agile
A high-level team comprised of team members from across our organization is meeting regularly to assess the situation. We are closely monitoring all developments related to the coronavirus and are prepared to adjust our operations and procedures as needed to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and team members.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES
In an abundance of caution, we have temporarily closed our beer and wine bar and removed half of our patio seating in an effort to support social distancing of six feet. In our store, we have also proactively closed self-service foods, but we still have ready-to-eat, pre-packaged foods available so you can grab-and-go freshly prepared items.
